YoLink 1/4 Mile Super Long Range Smart Relay - Alexa, Google, and IFTTT Compatible

The YoLink Relay is a smart, dry contact relay that can be controlled by your iOS and Android devices, as well as by Alexa and Google Assistants, and 3rd-party IoT integration, such as IFTTT. This smart relay can control electrical loads up to 5 amps at 120V, or it can be used to control larger loads by using this relay to control other relays or contactors with sufficient voltage and current ratings.

The user-friendly YoLink app provides options for automated control of your devices, appliances, and equipment via automation (e.g., "If motion detected, activate 12V DC security siren"). In addition to voice control using Alexa or Google Assistants, the YoLink app allows for remote status display and control of your device/equipment, including on/off control, timers, and schedules, from anywhere with an internet connection.

If the Relay will control loads over 5 amps in current or 120VAC or 30VDC in voltage, a "dumb" load relay (with coil voltage and contact rang sized accordingly) must be installed. The Relay will then control this dumb relay, which will control the switching of low or high voltage to your equipment.

The YoLink Relay features a normally-open dry set of contacts for control of electrical circuits or equipment/devices. The Control-D2D Device-to-Device pairing allows for some functionality of devices even during the loss of WiFi, internet, and even power (battery-powered devices only; this device is not battery-powered, and requires a UPS or battery backed-up low-voltage power supply for continued operation in power outages).

Powered by LoRa technology, the YoLink system offers the industry's longest receiving range in the market (1/4 mile), enabling its use in areas challenging for most residential Wi-Fi systems, such as basements, outdoor porch/patio areas, sheds, free-standing garages, and even remote outbuildings on your property.

The YoLink Relay is designed for easy and fast installation using the YoLink app with Scan & Play. The YoLink Hub, which is required for the Relay to function, connects YoLink devices to the internet and the cloud. Without the YoLink Hub, the smart relay does not work with the YoLink app and does not support 3rd-party integration with Alexa and IFTTT.

Specifications for the YoLink Relay include an input voltage of 5-24V DC, an input current of ≥ 300mA, a device current draw of ≤ 60mA (on) and ≤ 25mA (standby), a switched current of 5A @120VAC/@30VDC (maximum), and an operating temperature range of -4°F to 122°F (-20°C to 50°C) with a humidity range of 5-85% non-condensing.
